They are not a contractual object and have no contractual force between us. So follow this policy to find out when it`s normal to cancel an animation contract. The freelancer should ensure that the contract termination policy is defined after negotiation with the client. This could be useful if the customer decides not to agree in the future. Some clients may abuse freelancers, even if unforeseen circumstances have occurred. In such a situation, the freelancer could be held liable if the agreement does not address the issue. 3.8 These terms apply to the contract between us, to the exclusion of any other condition that you, the customer or someone on your behalf, wish at any time to include or incorporate into our agreement with you, or terms that may be implied by trade, habit, practice or conduct of business. It is possible to sign a model animation contract to find that it cannot be completed.

Legally, you have the right to use the impossibility of performance as the main reason for terminating the contract. For example, if you encounter an accident in which you are no longer able to use your hands to create the animation, the customer has no choice but to accept the termination request. In such a situation, you would not be violating the treaty. 3.6 The offer does not constitute an offer for the provision of our services or that we have entered into a contract with you. If you inform us that you accept our proposal (either by replying to our email with our proposal, or by asking the Agency to proceed on the basis of our proposal which indicates acceptance), written acceptance of your instructions by the Agency (”Confirmation Form”) which you must sign and return as confirmation of the approval of these conditions. . . .
